Attention Entertainers!

Are you interested in auditioning for Activities Directors on April 5, 2012?

Fill out the information below by March 5th to reserve your spot as an Entertainer at the 2012 VALSD Showcase at Superstition Sunrise
(702 S. Meridian, Apache Junction, AZ, 85120).

Be advised there is a fee for auditioning:
- If you charge $1,000 or more for your show, the fee is $150.
- If you charge under $1,000 for your show, the fee is $50.

There is no need to submit payment until your application has been accepted. A VALSD representative will contact you by March 12th with information about the status of your applicaion.
